As announced through the official Mortal Kombat 11 Twitter account, the Kold War Skarlet skin will finally be available in the Time Krystal Store beginning Friday, February 14. The six different color variations of the Kold War skin will be packaged across three separate bundles, and those bundles will be in the store on a 24 hour rotation for six days. As such, players that want to pickup all six colors should plan to fire up MK11 several times over the course of the upcoming week.

Now, nearly 10 months after Mortal Kombat 11’s release date, that day has finally come, and players are certainly excited. However, it is important to note that a complete set of the skin’s six color variations could easily cost in the neighborhood of 5,000 Time Krystals, and fans that are interested in the cosmetic should make sure that is something that they are able to cover beforehand.
It is also worth mentioning that it is likely to be quite some time before NetherRealm Studios puts the Kold War Skarlet skin back into the Time Krystal Store after this six day period is up. Indeed, this may prove frustrating to fans that simply cannot access Mortal Kombat 11 during this time frame, or are short on Time Krystals, but hopefully this will be an opportunity for most of the playerbase to finally pickup this sought-after MK11 skin.
