David Ortiz, the beloved Boston Red Sox DH, tops the list of most popular baseball player jerseys, MLB announced Thursday. Big Papi's little teammate, Dustin Pedroia, is second while New York Yankee captain Derek Jeter is third.
It's not all grizzled veterans, however. As MLB points out: "12 of the top 20 are age 30 or younger and five – Manny Machado, (Yasiel) Puig, Bryce Harper, Mike Trout and Matt Harvey – are age 25 or younger."
